The Page County Sheriff’s Office has two civil process deputies that are responsible for serving all civil process within Page County as directed by the court system. Civil process papers include, but are not limited to, subpoenas, notices, orders, complaints and summonses for both civil and criminal cases.
The Civil Process Division is also responsible for executing levies, seizures, and sales through public auctions.
Due to the continued liability of the Eviction Notice and Barring (No Trespassing) Notice process, effective February 1, 2020, the Page County Sheriff’s Office no longer serves these papers. Eviction and Barring (No Trespassing) Notices may be served by you, the citizen, through the post office via certified mail/signature required. See below for the forms to download.
Although we cannot recommend an attorney or private process server, this is another route you may choose to consider.
